Academic, solidarity activist and Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Weekly contributor Max Lane and radical Indonesian publisher Joesoef Isak, who was imprisoned under the Suharto dictatorship, were featured in the September 20 Good Weekend. They have been friends for nearly 25 years and have collaborated in translating and publishing left-wing Indonesian writings.
