Climate activists call for 'solutions not pollution'
Climate activists including Extinction Rebellion, the Sydney Knitting Nannas and Friends and Socialist Alliance protested outside the Hyatt Regency where The Financial Review was holding its business summit on March 8.
As the New South Wales Premier’s “once in 1000 years” rainstorm continued to flood parts of Sydney and devastate northern NSW and southern Queensland, they demanded the government fund “solutions not pollution” and ban donations from fossil fuel corporations.
