Why

The Albanese Labor government was elected promising to act on climate change after years of failure. But its policies including the Safeguard Mechanism are still allowing a huge expansion of fossil fuel projects, from new coal mines and the Pilliga-Narrabri gas project in NSW, to the massive Beetaloo Basin and Burrup Hub gas projects. Join us at the Climate Action Conference to discuss what the new government has delivered, the kind of action that’s really needed to tackle the climate catastrophe we are facing, and how we can win it.
