At the weekly 鈥淗onk for Julian鈥 protest on August 31, outside Prime Minister Albanese鈥檚 electoral office in Marrickville, protesters delivered another letter demanding he work harder on securing the release of publisher Julian Assange.

Assange may be deported from Britain to the United States for revealing US war crimes, and thereby face the likelihood of dying in a US prison. He has now been incarcerated for 4 years in Belmarsh Prison and 7 years in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London before that.
