The uprising in Iran sparked by the murder of Mahsa (Jina) Amini continues to spread across the country. International support for the Iranian people's resistance to the regime is growing.
reported: "People once again took to the streets in East Kurdistan and Iran, on [October 3], with young female students predominating the ongoing protests.
"Numerous soldiers have been deployed to the cities of East Kurdistan. Iranian regime forces want to quell the popular resistance by arresting and detaining protesters and cutting off the internet. However, despite the regime crackdown, people took to the streets in the cities of Sine and Kermanshah. University students also took to the streets on [October 3].
"Demonstrations continued in Tehran, Mashhad, Esfehan, Tarw锚z and Shiraz universities.
"In some secondary schools, young women took off their headscarves. They chanted the slogan 鈥Jin, J卯yan, Azad卯' Azad卯鈥 (鈥淲oman, Life, Freedom鈥) in school yards. Students painted 鈥淛in, J卯yan, Azad卯鈥 graffiti on school walls.
"Students in many schools in Tehran took to the streets and chanted slogans against the Islamic Republic."
In the city of Kercew锚, young female students took off their headscarves and expelled a school employee from the school.
