Taking up the Breast Cancer Challenge — A special presentation, conducted in three languages, aims to inform and educate women from all ethnic backgrounds about a cancer that kills six women a day in Australia. Between 70,000 and 80,000 women in Australia are currently diagnosed as having breast cancer. A panel of medical experts, a spokesperson for the Anti-Cancer Council and a group of breast cancer survivors will discuss the topic. Melbourne multicultural radio 3ZZZ 92.3 FM, Wed May 19, 12 noon.

Health and Lifestyle Show on 4EB — South-eastern Queensland's only radio show devoted solely to natural health. Regular guests include naturopath Brian Morley and dream analyst Jan Burguez. Hosted by Damien Coory, the program goes to air at 1 p.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and is repeated at 11 p.m. on those same days.

4EB goes 24 hours with Night Moves — Night Moves is a program that starts each night at the end of Brisbane multicultural broadcaster 4EB's last group program for the day and continues until the first for the next day. It will enable special events to be broadcast during the night. Any group that has its own CDs, and is willing to loan them, can participate. The Coming Out Show: Walking on Egg Shells — Siobhan McHugh talks to three women who were married to Vietnam veterans about the aftermath of the war on their relationships and families. ABC Radio National, Sat May 22, 5.10 p.m. (repeated Thurs May 27, 7.15 p.m.).

Sunday Concert: Ralph McTell and Eric Bogle — An evening of Anglo-Celtic folk songs written and performed by Ralph McTell and Eric Bogle. Bogle is best known for his moving antiwar song, "And the Band Played Waltzing Matilda". ABC Radio National, Sun May 23, 4.05 p.m.
