SYDNEY — Alistair Hulett, Gayle Austin and Tania Bowra (l. to r.) are gearing up for an afternoon concert hosted by the Glebe Amnesty International group on October 6 at 3 p.m. at the Harold Park Hotel. Other guests include Voices from the Vacant Lot, Rob Clarkson and Paul Gleeson. The Glebe Amnesty group has recently taken up the case of Maurice Lagol, a District Education Officer in Uganda. Early this year, following a disagreement with the education minister over the sacking of a colleague, Lagol was arrested along with other prominent citizens on a charge of treason.
