Bolivian President Evo Morales said “the is the real threat to humankind” on September 7 in response to US Senator Marco Rubio's talk of using the US Armed Forces against the Venezuelan government. Rubio had said Venezuela “has become a threat for the region and even for the United States”.
Morales tweeted: “Senator Marco Rubio, warns of using the Empire’s army against the people of Venezuela because he assumes a ‘threat’ against the security of the ”. The Bolivian president remarked that the is the real threat to the world’s people, citing “its history of interventionism and military coups d'état in the world”.
Rubio, a Republican senator from Florida, made the comments after meeting with national security advisor for the 峾ԾٰپDz,, at the White House on September 4.
Rubio said: “I believe that the are only used in case of a threat to national security. I think there is an argument, very strong, that can be used at this moment that Venezuela has become a threat to the region and even to the United States.”
