Adani is trying to sue Brisbane based community activist Ben Pennings in the Supreme Court of Queensland. They want to bankrupt Ben, force his family to sell their home.

Adani wants to stop Ben’s current and future campaigning related to Adani’s contractors. We want to #StopAdani and must stand up to their corporate bullying.

This complex case affects the political freedom of all Australians. A crucial part will be heard in the Supreme Court on Friday 5th February.
